Rea Winter is an NYC-based Master Stylist and Educator with 17 years of experience.  She is the former Artistic Director of ARROJO Studio, a role which showcased her talent and creativity via countless photo shoots, runway shows, and stage presentations from coast to coast.  Combining an expertise in both scissor and razor cutting with a keen eye for natural beauty, her skill and charm combine to create a world-class experience.
